Complementary methods
Holotropic breathwork
In holotropic breathwork you breathe in and out powerfully with an open mouth, without pausing in between. Deep breathing and music create an expanded state of consciousness. This form of breathing originates in Kriya Yoga and can have a cleansing effect and help release blockages.
Hypnosis
Hypnosis induces a very relaxed waking state, similar to the one just after waking or before falling asleep. The technique of dissolving hypnosis serves to recognise and release unconscious feelings. Repressed experiences can be worked through and anxiety disorders treated.
Regression
Regression goes back into the past emotionally and mentally — to the moments that prevent us from living without fear. Unlike a hypnosis session, the trance state is reached with the help of holotropic breathing. Every session includes a preliminary and a follow-up conversation.
Body work
Tapping acupressure, alone or combined with mental field and massage techniques, has proven effective and versatile across different conditions.
Contraindications for holotropic breathwork, hypnosis and regression: recent surgery, psychiatric conditions such as psychosis or suicidality, being under the influence of drugs, and brain trauma (stroke, cerebral haemorrhage). Participation is at your own responsibility.
Fees and billing
Whether and to what extent treatment costs are reimbursed depends on your contract with a private health insurer or supplementary insurance. Please check with your insurer in advance.
All prices in euro, VAT included. Subject to change; the arrangement made during the consultation applies.
